Customer Care

All custom shoes are made to order on a new pair of shoes (shoes are painted once an order is made). We strive for the best quality in every pair of shoes we customize. Every pair is sealed with a clear protector coat to ensure that the shoes are water and scratch-resistant. However, we do not recommend scratching or rubbing at the paint in order to preserve them. we will not refund or repair a pair of shoes that have been mistreated.

Return Policy

These are custom sneakers, so please handle them with a great deal of care (do not purposely scratch or peel at the paint). We will not replace or repair the order due to poor care. All orders are hand-painted and made to order, therefore all sales are final. 


* We will not return shoes if they do not fit you, please ensure you know your shoe size in US. 

* NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES


Shipping

We use First Class Tracked Delivery for shipping, if you have any questions about quicker methods, please contact us at emmcustoms@gmail.com.


* Allow 3-5 weeks turnaround for your purchase from the day you placed your order


Customs are packaged very securely in postal plastic packaging alongside the original Nike shoe box. 



Order Information

→ Once you’ve filled out your order form, you will receive a confirmation email finalizing your order. 

→ You will then proceed to pay for your order through the method you've selected (Etransfer, Paypal). 

→ Once the shoes have been completed, your order will be shipped and you will receive the tracking number via email. 

→ Within your order, you will receive the shoes, the original Nike shoe box, the receipt for the shoes, and a few extra goods.
